Paula Patton, an American producer and actress, is known for her roles as the lead in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action spy thriller) and Precious (a dramatic). As a child in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many goals. A passion for film in her daughter was something that she learned from her mother, who was also a fan of movies. Paula took part in numerous co-curricular activities in school, but she had particular passion for dramatics. She was a huge fan of acting with her classmates and took part in school's stage shows. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School gave her many opportunities to be an actor throughout her schooling and she decided to pursue acting to pursue a career. As a student in a summer camp in the University of Southern California, she thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She was awarded a three-month project creating documentaries for PBS. After completing the task, she began being a production assistant for TV documentaries. Following the completion of her project and completing her documentary, she began producing films. Even though she loved working in the field, she yearned to be an actress. Her career began in acting when she appeared as Will Smith's co-star on romance comedy Hitch. In the years since, she has been on many TV and film series.
