Fawn Mckay
Fawn MCK Brodie was born 15th September 1915 at Ogden Utah. Fawn was a part of the Mormon church's most prestigious family, combined her literary abilities and outstanding research skills into an outstanding biography of Joseph Smith. No Man was aware of My History appeared in 1945. The title was inspired by the sermon title given by Joseph Smith in 1844, when he shocked his hearers with his words: "You don't know me, and have not heard my thoughts. No man knows my history. It's impossible to tell. Wrote the 29-year old Fawn at the time: Ever since this moment of honesty, at least three-score writers have taken up the challenge. Many have mocked and denigrated him, while others attempt to identify the problem. There isn't a problem the case that there's not enough documentation but they're rather inconsistent. This is the task--sifting out personal testimony from third party plagiarism and fitting Mormon-and non-Mormon-narratives into a coherent theology. It is both interesting as well as eye-opening. FawnBrodie devoted herself to the career path. Her work in research and writing made her famous all over the world. Thaddeus Stephens. The DevilDrives. Thomas Jefferson. An Intimate Historical Document (1974) and posthumously Richard Nixon.
